the lack of an elevator in the 4-story building was problematic, especially for elderly guests. the bedrooms were uncomfortable in hot weather without fans or air conditioning.

The only drawback I experienced was the noise from the entrance door banging all night when people came in. However, if you're someone who goes to bed late, this may not be a problem for you.
